Production Planner Apparel & Accessories – Internship

Main Responsibilities:
Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand
Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:
- Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers
- Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting)
- Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP system
- Constant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself
- Check and management of problems relating to production delays
- Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept.
- Problems management with Sourcing dept.
- Management of issues relating to suppliers together with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
- Analytical and problem solving approach
- Knowledge of SAP is a MUST
- Fluent in English
- Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
- Problem solving oriented
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
- Good relationship skills & team-working oriented
