Print and Marketing Supervisor

Our client, MBE Worldwide S.p.A., a leading global commerce platform for small and medium-sized businesses, commissioned us to find a Print and Marketing Supervisor for their Berlin office.

Print and Marketing Supervisor 

Reporting to the local Network Sales and Operations manager and functionally to the PMU manager based in the HQ in  Milan, you will drive business growth in the Print and Marketing area by providing leadership and support to the franchise network, aligning with the company’s core values and strategic plans.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Oversee graphics and printing project development and provide comprehensive support, sales coaching, and training for franchise partners.
  • Supervise the MBE network in Germany and maintain regular contact with all franchise partners through on-site visits, phone, and video communications.
  • Take charge of project management for implementing new printing and graphics software.
  • Support and supervision of all external partners and suppliers for graphics and printing.
  • Handle process development, specifically escalation management in technical, product, and service areas.
  • Conduct training sessions for franchise partners and collaborate with Group HQ and international teams to develop new training content.
  • Assist in organizing conferences, workshops, and micro-meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the graphics and printing industry, preferably in marketing or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of digital printing processes, technologies, and markets.
  • Passion for printing, creativity, and results-oriented approach.
  • Project development and management experience.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel (mainly locally).
