Main Responsibilities:
Within the Operations dept., the ideal candidate, directly reporting to the Logistic Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:
- Organization and management of shipping plans from foreign countries to Diadora’ warehouses
- Manage and sending shipping instructions to suppliers/ forwarders
- Schedule deliveries to the warehouse via SAP in accordance with internal procedures complying with the delivery timelines
- Check the daily processing advancement, monitoring the fixed KPIs and SLAs
- Control and verification of Diadora compliance related to customs aspects
- Activity of support reporting, analysis through the application of Business Intelligence
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Statistics or Engineering or equivalent
- SAP knowledge
- Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving oriented
- Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
- Strong communication and relationship skills; teamworking oriented
