Our client, MBE Worldwide spa, a pioneering company in facilitating global commerce for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide, commissioned us to find an Area Sales Supervisor

The company collaborates with small and medium-sized businesses, assisting them in scaling their operations through a variety of solutions like e-commerce, fulfillment, and shipping.

Area Sales Supervisor

You’ll guide and advise potential affiliates through their journey to entrepreneurship, from initial contact to qualification, business planning, financing, and contract negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support franchise partners in sales and business development.

  • Provide on-the-job training to them.

  • Motivate partners with sales approaches, digital tools, and organizational strategies.

  • Analyze relevant KPIs and make actionable recommendations.

  • Assist in opening new centers.

  • Coordinate communication within the sales area.

  • Represent the brand at fairs and events.


  • Ideally, several years of experience in sales, franchising, or management consulting, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Completed studies, preferably in business administration or a related field.

  • Preference for working in an international company.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a high propensity for communication.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Native/Fluent German (C1 or Native)

  • Excellent English proficiency (especially for international communication with colleagues).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.

  • Practical mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., CRM).
