ABOUT THE ROLE

Our stores are the main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base, setting the tone of what our brand is all about, our Store Managers play therefore an essential role in embracing REPLAY’S spirit, shaping and inspiring our Teams.

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging and ambitious STORE MANAGER to drive customer experience, sales and business KPIs  in line with Replay’s brand strategy.

She/He will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering a sensational shopping experience and leading an exceptionally motivated team, drive performances and manage budgets to ensure sales targets are consistently exceeded.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Retail management experience, a a SM or Assistant SM

History of successfully leading  and coaching team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment

Strong customer service skills

Proven track record to of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes

Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills

Inventory management

Fluency in English or any additional languages would be a benefit

Good IT skills
