Redbreast Moscatel Cask Edition is a single pot still Irish whiskey produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork, using a traditional mash of malted and unmalted barley distilled in copper pot stills. After initial maturation in American oak and sherry-seasoned casks, the whiskey is finished in Moscatel wine casks, which impart aromatic sweetness and additional complexity. This finishing process introduces floral and fruit-forward elements while preserving the signature richness and weight of the single pot still style.
