Crafted from sourced five- and six-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbons from IJW Whiskey Company.

The brand name "Puncher's Chance" is a boxing reference, denoting that almost anyone can deliver a knockout punch, no matter what the odds are, particularly if that punch is delivered with perfect balance.

Our Single Barrel Selection: These are finely researched special barrels within IJW’s great selection, with perfectly balanced nose, taste, mouthfeel, and complexity. They have been hand selected as a standalone bourbon, permanently available online and at fine spirits retailers for year-round enjoyment.

Tasting Notes

The Undisputed is aged in deeply charred American Oak barrels to fully draw out the natural sugars. It is then bottled at 108 proof to reflect the balanced, full flavor of the mother brand.

The Color is Medium to deep amber.

The first taste is classic Puncher’s Chance - rich, warm body, yet balanced and smooth. The Undisputed adds a little bit of complexity, as you're treated to warming vanilla and oak, with a delightful nuttiness.
