Garavogue 20-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

elebrate the debut release from Sazerac’s newly rebranded Hawk’s Rock Distillery with this rare 20-year-old single malt crafted by Master Blender Helen Mulholland, the first female Master Blender in Irish whiskey history. Named for the Garavogue River that flows through Sligo into the Atlantic, this limited inaugural expression bridges centuries of Irish whiskey tradition with a spirit of exploration and innovation.

Double-distilled and first matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon American oak, the whiskey then rested in an adventurous array of finishing casks—French Muscat, French Sauternes, Spanish Pedro Ximénez Sherry, and Barbadian Rum—to create remarkable depth and complexity.

• Nose: Vanilla, warm peach, spun sugar, with subtle floral and raisin notes.

• Palate: Layers of vanilla and citrus sweetness over buttery ripe apples, accented by fresh fruit tones from the rum cask.
