This one is no different… 

A masterful blend of Trebbiano Toscana, the base fruit generally grown for Cognac, Grechetto grapes usually native to Umbria, and the versatile Malvasia Bianca grape from Tuscany.

It is the genius of this blend that sets this wine apart from others. 

Jazzy musical notes abound in this Italian cuvee. On the pour, Ivole exhibits a straw-yellow color with soft golden undertones. The nose is rich yet inviting, offering creamy layers of lemon zest, roasted peach, and delicate honey. On the palate, the blend opens up with refreshing notes of crisp green apple, pear, and hints of jasmine. A touch of minerality ties it all together, leading into a clean, balanced, and lingering citrus finish.

Its bright acidity and subtle fruit sweetness make it an ideal companion for delicate seafood dishes, herby pasta, soft Italian cheeses, or light bruschetta. It is also delightful to sip as a refreshing aperitif during the warmer months.
