Sourced entirely from the Yakima Valley, this vintage brings together fruit from Owen Roe's estate Outlook and Union Gap vineyards with Red Willow and neighboring Verhey Vineyard.
The 2023 vintage is packed with powerful black fruit, complemented by coffee and dark chocolate notes that carry through the lingering finish. Rich and concentrated yet approachable, the Grenache component softens the tannins and extends the wine's ripe fruit character.
The blend was assembled from 220 barrels and matured for 23 months, with only 7% new French oak. This restrained oak regimen adds polish and complexity while allowing the dark fruit and savory character of the wine to remain at the forefront.
