Aromas of candied lemon and acacia flowers rise from the glass with effortless charm. On the palate, brioche and wet stones unfold across a broad, expansive texture — supported by bright, ripe acidity and a long, complex finish that speaks to the quiet elegance only great Burgundy can offer.

Beginning with the 2020 vintage a group of vineyards of the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation were granted Premier Cru status. Jadot, as a leading producer of the region, has embraced this advance in a unique manner. This wine is composed of grapes from multiple unique sites newly elevated to Premier Cru. The resulting assemblage presents a recognition of the potential quality of these sites, which are celebrated on the front label. This represents the 4th vintage.

Winter and early Spring were unusually warm and dry however March brought much-needed rainfall which led to homogenous flowering in May. Stormy weather in June was followed by mild late summer, and an unusual September heat wave. Harvest was finished on September 16th, and by picking only in the cool morning hours freshness was preserved. (Vintage 2023).
