The F64 EVO PRO is the same 64 mm grinder as the F64 EVO with one change that matters more than it sounds. Two levers release the burr chamber, so you can get in and clean it without tools.
If you have ever put off a burr clean because it meant finding a screwdriver and losing twenty minutes, you already know why that is worth paying for. Your grind setting stays put when the chamber comes off, so there is nothing to recalibrate afterward.
The PRO also comes with Dark-T coated burrs. They last around five times longer than uncoated steel, which on a busy bar means far fewer replacement cycles and less downtime.
Everything else you would expect is here. Automatic cooling fan, micrometric ring nut adjustment in a continuous sweep, and a 4.3 inch touchscreen that tracks dose counts and burr wear.
Good fit for cafés, restaurants and carts running up to about 3 kg a day. If you want every dose weighed rather than timed, the F64 EVO PRO Sense is this same machine with a scale built into the fork.
