Pét-nat (pétillant naturel, aka naturally sparkling), Medium Fine Cider. This vintage the Browns apple has created sharp but ripe and juicy rhubarb and blackberry flavours, while the kingston black creates depth, phenolic complexity and structure. All of the apples are handpicked from a single orchard - Woodrow in Brampford Speke in the Exe valley. All Browns apples from one single, ancient tree and the Kingston Blacks from 4 trees. We racked repeatedly during cold snaps to retain juicy appley sweetness and bottled during primary fermentation, creating a gentle effervescence in the bottle.
