The Monnières-Saint-Fiacre communal cru is a 100% Melon de Bourgogne made a star of Muscadet thanks to its extremely specialized selections and its aging on lees for a minimum of 3 years.
Visual – gold color, clear, yellow reflections
Nose – exotic, fruity and ripe, empyreumatic notes
Palate – fruits with white flesh when ripe, exotic fruits, very good intensity, roundness, long finish on dried fruits.
Enjoy with smoked Loire eel, risotto with porcini mushrooms or a hard cheese.
