Unlike its cousin Tequila, which is made from cultivated Blue Weber agave, Bullmaro is distilled from 100% Wild Agave Maximiliana. These massive agaves are harvested by hand from steep slopes, often requiring donkeys to transport them back to the taberna. Produced by Maestro Raicillero Bullmaro Preciado, this spirit honors centuries-old traditions that predate modern industry.

The agave hearts are cooked in masonry ovens, fermented naturally with wild airborne yeasts, and distilled in small batches using traditional "Arabic-style" stills. The result is a "Plata" (silver) spirit that is vibrant, herbaceous, and profoundly aromatic—a true expression of the mountain terroir.
