The HYDRANT Rosé is the summer anchor of the 67 Wine Petit Somm Series® — a project conceived by our buyer Oscar Garcia Moncada to bring meticulously curated, high-quality wines to New York at honest prices. Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown in the Duero region of Castilla y León, the grapes undergo cold maceration to extract color, aroma, and flavor before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The result is a dry, vivid, and endlessly refreshing rosé that captures the energy of a New York City summer — the label a nod to the iconic fire hydrants that cool the city’s streets.
The nose opens with pink grapefruit, strawberries, and raspberries. On the palate, peaches, watermelon, red berries, and citrus blend harmoniously with a dry, thirst-quenching finish. Pure joy in a glass.
