2022 La Croix de Bila-Haut Rosé Côtes du Roussillon Villages A.O.C.

Crafted from Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes, this Cotes du Roussillon Rosé is crisp and dry with ripe red fruit notes. With pale pink hues and a slightly bluish tint, this wine’s floral aromas tickle the nose, a testament to its freshness and expert winemaking. The grapes are harvested only when fully ripened to ensure their fruitiness. Once pressed, the juice is in contact with the skins for no more than a few hours, ensuring that the wine stays crisp and light. The wine is then chilled and fermented, preserving those delicate aromas. The result is a well-balanced blush wine with rounded acidity.
