It is a very complete figure because it deals with the following activities: manage the registration of sample requests; carry out the evaluation of incoming design requirements on input from the R&D Manager. ; planning R&D activities on the basis of the priorities assigned by the R&D Manager; carrying out verifications and the final design review authorizing the sending of samples; managing samples of new MPs, cataloguing and testing them according to priorities and urgencies and evaluating their characteristics; managing tests using all the technical instruments present in the Laboratory; organizing and preparing materials and documents for shipment; managing Material Safety Data Sheets; carrying out statistical analyses on the number, type and approval of samples sent to customers and providing reports to the Sales Manager.
