standards of the sector in Italy, is seeking a:




Our client, a company operating in the medtech sector, has commissioned us to research a figure of TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST.


Key Duties and responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the proper time attendance management
  • Verify correct payroll Processing (outsourced) management for employees
  • Ensure with HR manager the administrative application of law, contract and collective agreements
  • Prepare and manage the documentation relating to the employment and agents relationship (hiring, transformation, termination) guaranteeing the collections and filing of relevant documentation
  • Ensure that mandatory communications with external administrative bodies are performed also with the support of external payroll consultant

Personal qualities:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure.



Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.

We offer a direct contract with the company for a peak period of work for 2-3 months

The position is open to both men and women (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91).
