standards of the sector in Italy, is seeking a:
TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
Our client, a company operating in the medtech sector, has commissioned us to research a figure of TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Guarantee the proper time attendance management
- Verify correct payroll Processing (outsourced) management for employees
- Ensure with HR manager the administrative application of law, contract and collective agreements
- Prepare and manage the documentation relating to the employment and agents relationship (hiring, transformation, termination) guaranteeing the collections and filing of relevant documentation
- Ensure that mandatory communications with external administrative bodies are performed also with the support of external payroll consultant
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
- Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure.
Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
We offer a direct contract with the company for a peak period of work for 2-3 months
