Authentic Waldmeister Syurp imported directly from Germany. A historical addition to German sour beers, especially Berliner Weisse. Adds an authenticity to your Berliner. Very difficult to find in Canada. Adds woodruff flavour with sweetness to cut the sourness of traditional Berliner Weisse beers.
Works well in any beer.
Syrup is added directly to the finished beer, immediately prior to serving.
