Woodinville Straight Bourbon Finished with Toasted Applewood Staves 750ml is a Washington-made bourbon built from traditionally grown corn, rye, and malted barley. Woodinville mashes, distills, and barrels the grain at its distillery, then matures the whiskey in private barrel houses in Central Washington. After full maturation, toasted Washington State applewood staves are added for a second layer of flavor. The bottle is released at 45% ABV / 90 proof.

Woodinville describes apple and berry aromas and flavors as the defining contribution of the applewood finish, adding depth and richness to the structure of its flagship straight bourbon. Head distiller and co-founder Brett Carlile notes that the treatment first appeared as a 2017 Harvest Release and returned for a national release after becoming one of the distillery’s most popular finishes.
