This Four Grain Whiskey, with a proof of 90.4 and an alcohol volume of 45.2%, is a distinctive blend of Bourbon Whiskey, Rye Whiskey, Wheat Whiskey, and Malt Whiskey, each contributing its unique character to the blend. Notably, the whiskey was selected by a Master Distiller, Eljab McCall, in 2023. What sets this whiskey apart is its finish in toasted oak barrels, imparting a unique flavor profile that harmonizes with the richness of the four grains. The cooperage process is also distinctive: each whiskey begins its journey in new oak barrels and is then finished in heavily toasted new oak, enhancing the depth and complexity of the final product.
