Crafted in partnership with the Bougrier family in France, this sustainable wine is pale yellow with green hues. It offers a balanced, non-grassy profile featuring excellent acidity, high minerality, and a long lees finish.
This wine strikes a balance between being fun and serious, making it ideal for pairing with oysters, seafood, or simply sipping on its own.
The palate is refined and ripe, highlighting notes of kiwi and honeydew melon.
