After fourteen years of maturation, the blend is given an extended finishing period in three sherry casks, layering rich fortified-wine character over a classic Scotch backbone of malt and grain. The sherry influence leads from the first pour: dried fig, raisin, and orange marmalade folded into honeyed malt and toffee.
