The Sherry Cask Single Malt is made from start to finish in Canmore, Alberta. Using 100% Alberta Malted Barley, the mash is distilled in a 500L Alembic Copper Pot Still before being aged for a minimum of 4 years in 53-gallon Ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks. This delicious Canadian whisky is then bottled at its natural colour without chill filtration.
Nose: Chewy dried figs and chocolate-covered raisins.
Palate: Rounded malty notes and fruit leather.
Finish: Soft French oak.
