This is Whisky Sponge Edition No.94. It’s a refill hogshead of Inchmurrin 2009, bottled at 15 years of age and with a few degrees' reduction to 53%.
We love Inchmurrin, it’s a weird hybrid whisky that can’t decide whether it wants to be a 1950s Irish Pure Pot still or the re-animated spirit of early 90s Littlemill. Whatever sort of alchemy the Loch Lomond distillery has produced, we aren’t complaining as we really love this very fun and fantastically weirdly fruity make.
Please drink it while wearing precisely the same safari suit that Roger Moore wore in Octopussy.
