This is a single sherry hogshead of ‘insert obvious family-owned Speyside distillery here’ which started life in a 1st fill barrel, before spending over two years in a 1st fill sherry hogshead.
It is downright delicious and despicably quaffable, especially because we have bottled it with a few degrees lopped off the top at 53%. You are legally obliged* to buy at least one bottle and anyone who says otherwise will be hearing from our solicitors! *Sadly, not actually the case*
