A Pet Nat (Pétillant Naturel) sparkling wine with minimal intervention and primary fermentation that's continued in the bottle. This has the highest demands on its grapes. Fully ripe, healthy grapes with a fine acid structure are selected in the optimal combination. The “Methode Ancienne” (Ancient Method) is used where the fermenting wine is filled directly into the bottle. No additives, each bottle is unique, pure nature. Slight funk, with that classic Riesling freshness.
