The partial barrel fermentation introduces gentle; integrated undertones of toasted hazelnut; vanilla cream; and a touch of fresh brioche without overpowering the fruit. Broad and textured on the palate; showing excellent concentration and weight driven by the old-vine fruit. Full malolactic fermentation lends a round; creamy mid-palate; which is perfectly counterbalanced by a vibrant; limestone-driven acidity.
