The My Mythos line of commercial espresso grinders was designed by Victoria Arduino with a focus on making upgrades and improvements to their previous line of Mythos One grinders. The first thing you’ll notice is a sleek design with a LCD touchscreen that sits just above the portafilter fork. However, Victoria Arduino didn’t just change up their aesthetics; several new upgrades can be found internally. One of the most important enhancements to the My Mythos line is the installation of two cooling fans to ensure that the temperature of the espresso isn’t changed in high-volume environments. Victoria Arduino also integrated an improved clump-crusher and outlet spout for maximum consistency and zero waste while providing fluffy espresso. The 75mm flat burrs are now easier to access than ever, making clean up fast and convenient.
