Overview: Felino: A symbolic figure used to characterize the lively qualities of the purest varietal expressions of the Argentine terroir. Fresh and vibrant, the perfect introduction to the terroir of Mendoza. Made with carefully selected grapes from the regions of Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco at an altitude between 2,780 and 4,800 ft elevation. The vines grow on stony soils with variable presence of limestone, and very poor in organic matter.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon hand harvested with shears, manual bunch selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 100% spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months French oak, 8% new. Bottled unfined.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with black tones. Intense aromas of red pepper, fresh red fruit, hints of vanilla. Medium bodied, juicy tannins, smooth finish.
