• Limited edition barrel-aged white Vermouth di Torino produced in Piedmont, Italy, by Antica Torino • Featured botanicals include wormwood, licorice, Florentine iris, marjoram, sage, thistle, thyme, and coriander • Base wine is a blend of Piedmontese grapes such as Trebbiano, Chardonnay, and Cortese • Fortified with neutral grain spirit distilled from Italian wheat • Aged in a new 500-liter French oak cask for 13 months • Sweetened with beet sugar to 165 g/l • Aromas of baked apples with cinnamon with undertones of citrus and tropical fruit precede a lush palate of vanilla, baked pineapple, sweet orange peel, licorice root, elderflower, and clove with a long, moreish finish • Limited release of only 660 bottles • Beer and Wine License eligible • 16% ABV Antica Torino co-founder Vittorio Zoppi doesn’t want to hear anyone say they don’t drink vermouth on its own—he’s tired of it. So tired that he crafted Amis with the express goal of creating a vermouth so delicious he could finally put an end to such statements. Featuring the same ambrosial selection of botanicals found in Antica Torino’s beloved Vermouth di Torino Bianco, Amis sees each botanical macerated for an extended period of time to extract even deeper flavors and is aged in new French oak to enhance its opulence. Decadent and layered, Amis—meaning “Friends” in the Piedmontese dialect—is best enjoyed chilled over ice and with good company.
