It spends 6 months on its lees, undergoing 100% malo-lactic fermentation, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result? A vibrant wine with citrus, pear, zesty lemon, lemongrass, and a hint of fennel. It's crisp, zesty, and a unique twist on the classic.
