A chlorine-based cleaning powder that thoroughly cleans cold beverage equipment and dispensing systems, while ensuring safe beverage preparation.
- Ideal for use on cold brew, iced tea, granita machines and bubblers.
- Rinses clean and doesn't leave behind any residue or odor.
1. Empty liquid contents of vessel that is to be cleaned.
2. Add water to fill vessel.
3. Add 1 oz (28 g) of One-Pro for every 5 gallons of water. Water temperature should be about 122 F (50 C).
4. Soak for 15 minutes.
5. Empty cleaning solution from vessel.
6. Add water to top of vessel and empty.
7. Refill vessel with clean water again and empty.
