Crafted by fifth-generation mezcalero Juan Antonio Coronel in San Francisco Nuxaño, Oaxaca, Tres Tribus Mezcal Cuishe is a bold expression of artisanal mezcal, rooted in ancient Zapotec and Mixtec traditions. Cooked underground using Encino oak, mashed by machine to manage its tough structure, and fermented in buried cement amphoras with volcanic aquifer water, this mezcal captures the spirit of the land.
