This 15-year-old single malt from Speyside’s Tormore distillery is a richly sherried expression bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers collection. Distilled on 31st August 2008 and bottled on 1st April 2024, it was finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon, yielding just 678 bottles from cask number 804904. Expect a nose of fruit loaf, toffee apples, and cinnamon pastries; a palate full of juicy raisins, rich fruit cake, and cacao; and a sweet, spicy finish with lingering notes of candied ginger.
