Tobermory 27 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish (Hebridean Series) is a limited single malt from the Isle of Mull. Distilled at Tobermory and matured for 27 years, it spent its final 12 years in González Byass Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 53.1% ABV (106.2 proof), this whisky offers rich layers of dried fruits, marmalade, figs, and honey-roasted nuts, balanced by treacle toffee, baking spices, and toasted oak. The finish is long, elegant, and warming, with notes of red berries, citrus peel, and spice.
