At 42% abv this is our all-rounder, perfect for sipping neat, drinking on the rocks, or mixed into your favourite cocktail. Selected barrels of high rye content bourbon, aged for a minimum of five and a half years, on the ground floor of traditional rick warehouses in Kentucky. The result is exceptionally smooth, full flavoured and has an unexpectedly long finish.
NOSE: Dark caramel sweetness, soft vanilla, balanced with dried stonefruit and baking spices
FLAVOUR: Burnt caramel sweetness, leads into dried apricot and cherry, with subtle vanilla and toasted oak
FINISH: The rich mouthfeel coats your tongue, leaving a lingering toffee, dry oak, cracked pepper and baking spices
