Part of The Producer’s village-focused range, Tepeztate is a pure Agave marmorata mezcal crafted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. It balances delicacy and complexity with layers of jalapeño, white pepper, citrus, floral notes, earth, and subtle minerality. Traditional methods throughout: agaves roasted in an earthen horno fired with oak, crushed by donkey-pulled stone tahona, fermented 11–13 days in wood, and double-distilled in copper. Bottled at 40.2% ABV.
