The Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong is the fourth installment in the Distil Your World series — an ambitious, globally inspired collection that distills the spirit of major world cities into whisky. This edition was created by The Macallan’s Lead Whisky Maker, collaborating with the celebrated Roca brothers (owners of the Michelin-starred restaurant El Celler de Can Roca), following immersive exploration of Hong Kong’s culture, architecture, markets, and flavor-scapes.

The whisky is drawn from a thoughtful marriage of casks — combining European oak sherry-seasoned barrels and carefully selected American oak casks — chosen to evoke the city’s vibrant contrast between tradition and modernity.
