A small batch release of 1,000 litres, this expression is non chill-filtered and contains no artificial colouring.
Nose: Fruity muffins, buttery oak, opening up into sherried goodness: raisins, prunes, dates, drizzles of runny toffee and toasted nuts.
Palate: Big, bold, and fruity! Toffee ripple ice cream, wafer, and popcorn join toasted almonds and cooked peach, white cracks of black pepper nestle in the depths.
Finish: Long, sweet finish with oak spiciness. Vanilla and dried fruits are prominent, as is that hint of dark chocolate.
