At the end of 2025, the team at TBWC chose a handful of the best single casks from their warehouse and bottled them for this limited edition series.
This independently bottled Bushmills single malt Irish whiskey (not something you see every day) spent 22 years maturing in refill bourbon casks before being finished in a Maury wine barrique.
The sweet French wine delivers elegant notes of milk chocolate and sultana to the creamy, fruity malt at its core.
Total Worldwide Outturn: 341 bottles
Nose: Toffee, sweet, milky tea. Hints of Basque cheesecake (IFYKYK) and milk chocolate just under the surface.
Palate: Crème brûlée, pineapple and mango with subtler notes of peaches and oak spice mingle throughout.
Finish: Oak spice from the palate balances with the burnt Crème brûlée topping. Finally, there is a "tannic tug" on the sides of your tongue from the wine influence.
