The farm is led by Rainy and her husband Fang—affectionately known as the “Coffee Prince”—a husband-and-wife team deeply committed to creating coffee that honors their heritage while uplifting their indigenous community. This Gesha coffee tree is 9 years old.
Every step of production showcases Rainy and Fang’s meticulous attention to detail and reverence for their land. Their work goes beyond coffee—it’s a mission to preserve cultural traditions, empower their community, and highlight Taiwan’s growing influence in the world of specialty coffee.
