Dairy Bag Caddy (Bag-in-Box/BIB System)

Common in food service, this system involves a flexible bag inside a corrugated box, case or caddy with a dispensing tube attached. The advantage is the milk remains within a closed-loop system, minimizing exposure to ambient air (longer shelf life) and direct human contact (sanitation considerations)

Fill-in-Place (e.g., Automated Vending/Dispensing)

Normally, these systems should not be refilled unless they are sanitized after each use! This requires staff to regularly monitor the machine and sanitize high-touch surfaces. We recommend ordering spare containers to improve sanitation procedures.
