Producer Description
On the nose, this whiskey offers notes of over-ripe cherry, sweet apples, raisins, almonds, leather and fresh-cut hay. On the palate, it shows honey, cherries, blackcurrant and fig, with a nutty brine and walnut characteristics. Buttery caramel, whipped creme, brown sugar and smoked cayenne come through on the finish.

The palate is rich, with milk chocolate Toblerone, grape soda, raspberry coulis, candied ginger, almonds, Fig Newtons, and drying oak. It finishes sweet and silky, with a hint of tobacco, vanilla, and delicate dried fruit.
