The 2026 edition marries two mash bills — one entirely malted wheat, another 70% wheat with 30% malted barley — for a final blend of 27% wheat, 62% malted wheat, and 11% malted barley, creating a richer, more layered profile. Expect aromas of molasses, fig, and baking spice, followed by zesty citrus, ripe pear, and buttery shortbread, with a soft cinnamon finish.
