The palate highlights baking spice with notes of candied hazelnut and a gentle finish displaying a hint of custard. • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV For this expression, County Cork Irish Whiskey is finished in casks from one of our favorite rum distilleries: Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. These finishing casks previously held “Mark X 2007” from Foursquare’s lauded Exceptional Cask Series, lending nuanced tropical fruit to the elegant confectionary notes of High N’ Wicked’s meticulously selected Irish distillate.
