Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, Southing embodies the perfect balance of complexity and elegance. Its evolving bouquet reveals dusty red fruit, savory spices, and delicate rose petals. Fine tannins and a distinctive minerality are complemented by the estate vineyard’s signature cool-climate acidity.

Nestled in one of the northern hemisphere’s southernmost Region 1 microclimates, our estate benefits from a rare combination of sun-drenched days and cooling Pacific Ocean fog—fondly known as ‘sea smoke’—which blankets the hillsides each afternoon, ensuring optimal growing conditions for Pinot Noir.

Our vines thrive on south-facing hillside bluffs in transition zones with rich clay soils, creating a terroir where Pinot Noir reaches its fullest expression. We farm organically and biodynamically, fostering a sustainable environment that respects both the land and those who work it.
