Our paths have crossed once again to conjure a new offering built upon our shared appreciation for the intersection of modern ingredient and traditional farmhouse brewing, Scythe Practice, a new double IPA created with our Asheville friends at Burial.
Brewed using Flavia Barley grown on our farm in North Stonington, CT and generously hopped with a modern trifecta of Peacharine and Rakau hops, plus an addition of Freestyle SubZero Riwaka Hop Kief®, Scythe Practice presents room-filling aromas of ripe stone-fruit with undertones of juicy citrus and lush passionfruit. Flavors follow in suit with gentle sweetness and a velvety mouthfeel that finishes pleasantly clean.
