In 2017, J&J Spirits launched a retail line of Single Cask Nation products specifically aimed at specialty whisky stores and finer whisk(e)y bars. These products were only available in the United States but are now available in Canada.
Nose: Sulphury when first poured, with raspberry notes being prominent. Additional aromas of freshly cut wood, gingerbread and milk chocolate come to the fore when allowed to sit in the glass.
Palate: Spicy and bold with expected sherry notes: raisins, treacle, and dark chocolate
Finish: Long with notes of aniseed and leather.
